| New Client Policies | |
For new clients we require a deposit of 50% of the estimated recording time plus anticipated tape costs. |

| Appointment Policies | |
Cancellations made 5 days in advance will be rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations made 2 to 4 days will forfeit HALF of their deposit, unless a replacement session can be scheduled. All cancellations made less than 24 hours of scheduled time will forfeit their deposit. Tape deposits will be credited. |

| Backup Policies | |
ALL digital recordings WILL be backed up. Backup DVD-Rs cost $20.00 and CDRs cost $5.00. |
